The Breather Valve consists of a pressure valve and a vacuum valve, installed on the vent pipe of the cargo tank, which can automatically open and close with the change of positive and negative pressure of the oil and gas in the cargo tank, so that the difference between the air pressure inside and outside the cargo tank is kept within the allowable range.

Installation instructions: 1. It's important to remove the package and read the instructions.

2. When hoisting the breathing valve, appropriate lifting tools should be selected to avoid damage to the protective cap of the breathing valve disc.

3. Check the coaxiality and perpendicularity of the pipe flange on the tank or water tank, which is essential for the proper use of the pressure and vacuum relief valve (breathing valve).

4. Check the waterline surface of the pipe flange on the tank or water tank. It must be clean, free of scratches, corrosion, tool marks, and flat.

5. Remove protective covers and other packing materials for flange ports.

6. Check the gasket; Make sure the material is suitable for application.

7. Use the bolt circle to center the gasket.

Role purpose: Breathing valve is a safe and energy-saving product to maintain the pressure balance of storage tank and reduce the volatilization of medium. Breathing valve makes full use of the bearing capacity of storage tank itself to reduce the discharge of medium. Its principle is to use the weight of positive and negative pressure valve plate to control the positive exhaust pressure and negative suction pressure of storage tank. The valve disc parts of GTQ ventilator have high sensitivity when operating, and seal is guaranteed after operation. The breathing valve has enough space in the valve to ensure the ventilation of the tank. Breathing valve does not reach the working pressure before: nominal diameter ≤150mm, the leakage is ≤0.04m3/h; Nominal diameter ≥220mm, the leakage is ≤0.4m3/h; When the breathing valve reaches the working pressure: the disc is opened immediately to ensure the normal ventilation requirements of the tank.
